摘 要：采用端羧基丁腈橡胶(CTBN)增韧改性特种环氧树脂体系，配合使用添加型磷系阻燃剂得到覆盖膜用胶液，以此制备的SF305C无卤阻燃型覆盖膜不含锑和铅、汞、镉、六价铬等有害重金属，满足欧盟RoHS指令要求。并且和同系产品进行了对比分析，SF305C具备优异的剥离强度、柔软性、耐变色性和尺寸稳定性。

Abstract: A varnish used for coverlay was prepared with special epoxy resin, carboxyl-terminated acrlonitrile‑butadiene rubber(CTBN) and phosphorated flame retardant. To conform to the requirements of RoHS, the halogen-free flame-retarded coverlay does not contain Stibium, lead, mercury, cadmium and chromium Ⅵ. Besides, the peel strength, stiffness，colour-changing resistance and dimensional stability are excellence.
